Create your account with your professional email. Pass RadCAPTCHA — a quick radiology-specific verification (e.g. identify a modality or anatomical structure). Our team manually reviews your credentials within 24 hours.

2. Submit a case
Choose a subspecialist expert, pay the flat fee ($50 launch promo, $100 regular). Payment is authorized — not charged — until the expert delivers your feedback. You'll then receive a RapMed link to upload your study.

3. Expert reviews
The expert reviews your case at their convenience (typically within 48 hours). They can decline if images are unreadable or the case is out of scope — the hold is released automatically.

4. Receive feedback
You get a written educational response, a short video walkthrough, and an auto-generated transcript — all on your dashboard. Payment is captured at this point. Videos are deleted after 30 days; transcripts are kept permanently.
